Do you feel as though you are
stuck on a merry-go-round of conflict, anxiety, or sadness? Have you talked to your family and friends about the problem, but continue to stay
stuck? Are
your family and friends part of the problem? Have you bought a variety of self-help books, but cannot find a solution?
If the answer to any of the above questions is yes, then you may be looking for a counselor. If the answer to more
than one of the questions is yes, then now may be the time to begin therapy.
As a
Licensed Marital and Family Therapist, I work with individuals, couples
and families on a variety of issues. My speciality areas include high conflict couples, adolescents, and anxiety
issues. My background includes youth services work, therapeutic foster care and domestic violence therapy.
I work from a relationship-focused point of view. Therapy is brief,
with the average length of therapy being two to four months. Through my strength-based theory of therapy,
my clients learn to solve their own problems.
Please feel free to contact
me directly by phone or send me an email to discuss your own therapy needs.
